These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the use of the proxy access service operated through the Telegram bot @airlock_vpn_bot (the "Service") and the related support bot @airlock_vpn_support_bot (the "Support Bot").

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.

1. Service Description

The Service provides users with access to proxy servers and related network routing technologies through a Telegram bot interface.

All functionality, including account management, subscription handling, and service configuration, is provided exclusively via the Telegram bot @airlock_vpn_bot.

All communication, questions, claims, disputes, and support requests must be directed exclusively to the Support Bot @airlock_vpn_support_bot.

2. Eligibility

By using the Service, you confirm that:

You are at least 18 years old or have reached the age of majority in your jurisdiction.
You have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements.
Your use of the Service is lawful in your jurisdiction.

You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use complies with applicable laws.

3. Account and Access

Access to the Service is provided via Telegram. You are responsible for:

Maintaining the security of your Telegram account.
Ensuring that access credentials or configuration details are not shared with unauthorized persons.
All activity conducted through your Telegram account.

The Service may suspend or terminate access at any time, with or without notice, at its sole discretion.

4. Payments and Refunds

Certain features of the Service may require payment.

All payments are processed through methods made available within the Telegram bot. By making a payment, you agree to the pricing and billing terms presented at the time of purchase.

Refund Policy:

Refunds may be provided at the sole discretion of the Service operator.
The Service is not obligated to issue refunds, including in cases of dissatisfaction, service interruptions, or configuration issues.
If a payment error occurs, users may contact the Support Bot. Assistance may be provided, but it is not guaranteed.

5. Service Modifications

The Service reserves the unrestricted right to:

Modify, replace, or remove proxy servers.
Change proxy protocols, routing methods, IP addresses, and technical configurations.
Introduce limitations, speed caps, or usage restrictions.
Discontinue any feature or the entire Service at any time.

Such changes may occur without prior notice and without liability.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service for:

Any unlawful activities.
Distribution of malware or harmful code.
Spam, abuse, harassment, or fraudulent activity.
Violating intellectual property rights.
Activities that may damage infrastructure or degrade performance for other users.

The Service may monitor for abuse and may restrict or terminate access without warning.

7. Availability and Performance

The Service is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis.

The Service does not guarantee:

Continuous availability.
Uninterrupted connectivity.
Specific speeds, bandwidth, or latency.
Compatibility with all devices, networks, or regions.

Temporary outages, maintenance periods, blocking by third parties, or technical failures may occur.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

The Service shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
The Service shall not be responsible for losses resulting from misuse, network blocking, ISP restrictions, third-party interference, or force majeure events.
Total liability, if any, shall not exceed the amount paid by the user for the current billing period.

9. No Warranties

The Service makes no warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to:

Fitness for a particular purpose.
Non-infringement.
Reliability or error-free operation.

Use of the Service is entirely at your own risk.

10. Support and Communication

All matters, including technical support, billing issues, refund requests, and complaints, must be submitted through the Support Bot @airlock_vpn_support_bot.

The Service does not guarantee response times or resolution outcomes. Assistance may be provided at discretion.

11. Changes to Terms

These Terms may be updated at any time. Updated versions become effective immediately upon publication on the website. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Termination

The Service may terminate or suspend user access at any time, with or without cause, and without liability.

Users may stop using the Service at any time. No refunds are guaranteed upon termination.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with applicable laws chosen by the Service operator, without regard to conflict of law principles.
